Services Provided:
Initial Consultation
Finding a therapist who is a good fit is very important to the therapeutic process. I offer a free 20-minute phone call for all new clients so we can get a better idea of our potential working relationship.
Individual therapy for adults
I offer 55-minute individual therapy sessions to residents of Oregon and Washington States.
Fees:
Fee with a self-pay Discount:
$150 for a 55-minute individual session. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
Full Fee:
$180 for a 55-minute individual session. With my full fee, I will complete all billing to your insurance company. Your copay and/or deductible are due at the time of service
Sliding Scale:
I offer a limited amount of sliding scale services based on income and circumstance. Please contact me to discuss the availability of sliding scale services.

Insurance:
In-Network Provider Status:
I am in-network and able to bill the following insurance companies. Please verify with your insurance provider that I am in-network with your specific plan prior to our first appointment:
Moda, PacificSource, Aetna, Lyra
Out-Of-Network Benefits:
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network (OON) benefits. If you would like to utilize your OON benefits you are responsible for the full fee at the time of your session and I can provide you with an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance for full or partial reimbursement. Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments.
If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice you will be financially responsible for paying the late-cancellation fee of $100 and the card on file will be charged on the day of the missed appointment. Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed or late-cancelled sessions.
